Captains Bill and Bob Fordyce
May 20 - June 15 - During our stay at Cape Coral Yacht Basin, we enjoyed many special get-togethers with our good friends Bob and Barbara Fordyce. Bill met the Fordyces in 1980 at Oceanside Marina in Key West. They were aboard their beautiful trawler Good Grief. Bob and Barbara cruised for many years and are both experts on cruising and living aboard. They now live in Cape Coral and Ashland, Ohio.
On June 2nd, we took them for a luncheon cruise down the Caloosahatchee River to Sanibel Marina. It was a beautiful day, and we enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant there.
